How payment
actually works

Deposit

30% by transfer or card link holds the booking. The rest is due on the day.

Session day

Balance settled after the session — card, transfer or cash all fine. Receipt emailed same day.

Refund policy in two lines

Cancel 48+ hours out: full refund. Inside 48h: deposit kept. Full terms on the refunds page.

Gift vouchers

Any service or dollar amount, valid 12 months, transferable. Order one through the contact page.

Corporate & invoice work

Team wardrobe budgets and speaker styling are invoiced with ABN details — ask for a corporate rate sheet.

Only travel outside the Sunshine Coast service area (Brisbane is a $60 trip fee, agreed upfront). Your clothes budget on shopping sessions is yours to set — the session fee never changes.

Yes — packages are usually spread over three to five weeks anyway. The Reset, for example, typically runs consult, audit, then shop two weeks later once the gap list is settled.

One message ends it at the end of the billing month. Pausing for up to three months a year is free too — people travel, budgets shift.

Yes, all listed prices are the total you pay. Business invoices carry the ABN and GST breakdown.

The discovery call exists to catch that before money changes hands. If a session still misses, tell us within 7 days — the refund terms cover redo, credit or refund.
