Content responsibility

Amelia Hartley is responsible for the content published on styleandwearlab.net. Service descriptions, prices and availability are current at the date shown on each page and may change — the booking confirmation you receive is the version that counts.

External links (maps, social profiles, hire services we mention) lead to third-party sites we don't control. Their content and their data handling are their own business.

GDPR — for EU and UK visitors

If you're browsing or contacting us from the EU or UK, the General Data Protection Regulation applies. Our lawful basis for processing your enquiry is legitimate interest (answering you) and, once you book, contract performance.

You have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Requests are handled free of charge within 30 days.

International transfers

Your data is stored in Australia and may pass through booking and email providers with servers overseas. Where GDPR applies, transfers rely on adequacy or standard contractual safeguards provided by those vendors.

The practical detail of what we collect and keep is described on our privacy policy page — the two pages are meant to be read together.

Intellectual property

Text, layout and photography on this site belong to Style & Wear Lab Pty Ltd. Client wardrobe images are used only with consent or anonymised. Please don't republish our copy or images without written permission.

Font Awesome icons, Bootstrap and AOS are used under their respective open licences.

A note from Amelia

"We wrote these pages ourselves, in normal language, because nobody should need a law degree to book a stylist. If a sentence reads like jargon, tell us and we'll fix it." — Amelia Hartley, director

Your GDPR rights, in one list

Access — ask what personal data we hold about you
Rectification — have wrong or outdated details corrected
Erasure — ask us to delete your data ('right to be forgotten')
