Event styling fails when it starts ten days out. We take bookings four to six weeks ahead so there's time for hire delivery, tailoring and a proper fitting — not a panic purchase the night before.
The service covers the whole look: outfit direction, hire or purchase coordination, shoe and accessory calls, hair and makeup brief notes, and a wet-weather backup for anything outdoors in Queensland.

Price for event styling
Quoted upfront, fixed before we start. The only extra is travel outside the Sunshine Coast, and that's always agreed in advance.

Base rate covers one full look. Wedding parties and multi-outfit briefs are quoted per project — bridal styling from $680, group coordination from $190 per additional person.

Good to know before you book
Four weeks' notice is comfortable; two weeks is doable with hire stock limits; under ten days becomes triage — call us rather than the form for last-minute jobs.

Direction board
Three outfit directions with hire and buy options at your budget. You pick the lane.
Sourcing
Hire bookings placed, purchase shortlists pulled, existing wardrobe checked for anything usable.
Fitting session
Full look tried on together. Tailoring marked and booked if needed — we attend the fitting.
Finishing details
Shoes, bag, jewellery, grooming notes, weather plan B. All written up.
Event-day check
Photo check-in on the morning of the event. Last-minute steam, button or strap emergencies answered by text.
